What is AP Mana Badi Nadu Nedu Scheme 

AP Mana Badi nadu nedu scheme is a scheme which is developed by the State Government of Andhra Pradesh. The scheme will run in three phases. This scheme will take up the process of developing all the Government schools of the state. The scheme is developed to enhance the infrastructure along with other basic and standard facilities in the Government schools. 

AP Mana Badi Nadu Nedu Scheme Phase (1st, 2nd and 3rd)

AP Mana Badi nadu nedu scheme will run in three phases that is phase-I, phase-II and phase-III. 

Phase – I

In phase-I, the number of schools that have been taken up by the government implementing agencies are 15715. The Government agencies include AP Samagra Shiksha Society Panchayat Raj Engineering Dept,, Municipal & Public Health Engineering Department, Tribal welfare Engineering Department and APEWIDC. 

Phase – II

In phase-II 822 upper primary, 9,476 primary, 2,771 high schools along with 473 junior colleges, 1,668 hostels, 17 DIET colleges, 446 Bhavita centres and 672 MRCS Centres will be reconstructed. 

Phase – III

The Third phase (Phase-III) will be inaugurated in August, 2022. 

AP Mana Badi Nadu Nedu Scheme Features

• AP Mana Badi nadu nedu scheme takes up the responsibility of developing government schools. 
• The scheme will cover all the government aided schools of the state. The scheme will cover around 44,512 Government and state aided schools in the state. 
• The scheme will undertake a budget of around 6000 crores. 
• Old schools which are in very poor condition will be renovated. 
• Toilets and proper drinking facilities will be developed for both male and female students of the schools.
• Laboratories with effective and systematic schedules will be made in order to provide the students with practical knowledge that they must have for the topics they read. 
• Parents will also be selected in order to keep an eye on the renovations and other activities done for the government schools. 
• Anganwadi construction and formulation will also be taken into consideration. 
• Proper water supply and sanitation facilities.
